So when is the PTC going to start following the law? In March the Chief Attorney for the Florida Joint Administrative Committee did a fast review of agency rules and found many not in compliance with the LAW and recommended steps for the corrupt one's to get in compliance. Hey Tampa Limos, why don't you stop your silly ass whining and instead get off your lazy asses and have the PTC change the rules??
Adopt a NYCTLC type permitting system. Only those Operators who physically base their asses in Hillsborough can obtain unrestricted permits. The operations based outside of Hillsborough will be limited to restricted permits which will allow intercounty transport only.
This way the PTC can control Hillsborough intra-county limo ops through need & necessity. Reply to this

What a joke. The Tampa Operators allow the Pinellas Operators to influence the PTC. Pinellas Dave Shaw (West Florida Livery Association) is the one who pushed the PTC for minimum sedan insurance to go up from $300k to 1 million yet the only cars they have to permit or have 1 mil on are the one's they want to use to pick people up in Tampa.
Tampa Operators are SUCKERS and deserve to be pushed out of business. Reply to this

If The FDOT is mandated under state law to regulate motor carriers utilizing 10+pax vehicles.
How is it that these vehicles have been placed under the HCPTC via a special law when the Florida Constitution prohibits any special law which regulates an occupation regulated by a state agency? Reply to this
